CAMPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Arrivals for camping accepted between 10am to 8pm, or dusk in the winter months, Except by prior arrangement with owners.
Departures on date agreed on booking, before 11am please except by prior agreement with owners.
Person making the booking is responsible for the booking. Any changes to the number of people who will be arriving for camping need to be agreed with the owners prior to arrival.
A deposit of one nights fees is required by the owners to reserve a suitable pitch for both the people in the party and the size of their tent.
A minimum advance deposit of £38 for the POD is required, with full payment on arrival. (or full payment when booking is made).
Payment by debit card payment or cash preferred. Payment by cheque is acceptable up to 14 days before arrival. Direct bank transfer accepted any time. We are unable to take credit card payments. The owners will confirm booking by email or phone at time of receiving deposit payment.
Bookings for more than one week’s camping will require 50% deposit.
Payment for the balance is due within 24 hours of arrival, by cash or debit card.
Deposits are non refundable, except in exceptional circumstances. Alternative dates can be arranged, subject to availability, if sufficient notice of cancellation is given to enable us to take another booking. In any case please let us know as soon as possible if you have to change or cancel your booking.
EXTENDING YOUR STAY
If you wish to stay longer than originally booked and paid for, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can reserve your pitch for you.
We wish everyone to enjoy their stay at North Rhinns, Please limit noise between hours of 10 pm to 8am. Do not allow your party to cause upset to other campers, and please respect their space and privacy.
CHILDREN must be kept under supervision and control at all times, and any damage they cause will have to be paid for by their parent or guardian.
DOGS are welcome here but must be on a lead at all times. Owners must clean up all dog fouling, and pay for any damage their dogs cause to the property of the owners or other campers.
Are allowed on the designated fire hearths, within a fire wheel or fire pit, which http://www.cialis5mgbestprice.com are provided by the owners. Most camping pitches have a fire hearth. Wood fuel can be purchased from the owners. Foraging for wood within our grounds is not permitted.
The “woodland pitch” may have a charcoal BBQ or camping stove only, sorry no campfires.
As far as the law allows, the owners take no responsibility for loss or damage to any of your party, or your property as a consequence of your stay.
In the event of continued misbehaviour, and/or complaints from other campers, the owners reserve the right to terminate your occupancy without any refund of monies.
